This old pierburg carb is coming out from the DOKA to be replaced by this shiny new old stock one I got

Need to remove the old longer studs to accommodate the LPG gas diffuser over the carb and wind then into the new one

Then the new carb is in and cabled and piped up with the LPG and benzine dual fuel system

And while it’s on a ramp new fuel lines are put it that a ethanol resistant – which is just as well as I broke old brittle connectors and fittings taking it off 🙂

Most important of the days work on the #vwt3 doka – checking the fitment of 1.3kw subwoofer under the back bench seat – fits lovely with the new #jblspeakers already fitted all round
