Doing an upgrade to later style square headlamps on the doka with a wiring loom upgrade at the same time – the existing round lamps and old style loom barely illuminate the road at night and on long roadtrips and kinda sketchy – the lamps only get around 10.5 v as it is and the new lampset also comes with a cool swedish style front grille with the headlamp washer option – bonus 🙂
Follow The gauge and sensor wiring with a new @campervancultur headlamp loom – sleeved and ready to run under the floor thru main feed direct to the battery

Wiring is in and testing one new double headlamp upgrade works fine – fit the new power relays and new bulbs and it’s good to go 🙂

Stainless steel brackets are added for the wider double lamps and the conversion from single round to double square lamps is finished – UPGRAYEDD… for a double dose of head lamp action

Also adjusted up the ever-clattering lifter on number one exhaust valve — it’s all quiet when it’s cold now— but noisy on tick over when hot – not a positive sign 🙁

This is the voltage regulator on the back of the dash board – prime suspect in the on going fubar water temp gauge…
