after friendly advice on the vz forum and by mail it seems i should read the fine print on the MSA license notes more clearly. i don’t need a medical so that saves money and time. posted my application for a class b national ‘speed’ license today. also found out why the subwoofer in the bus is giving up. using the new 800w mains inverter at the volksworld show at the weekend blew all the fuses in the split charge system. the inverter peaks at a kilowatt. must say sorry to PCB-zwitter whos excellent laptop dj set was cut short by a lack of power. at least i found out how long the camping battery will last for. need to get the interface between the laptop and the internal soundsystem sorted. will go to maplin next week.
