Here is the 3d ignition map of the mapping screens from the DTA windows editing software
this shows the ignition advance at different points across the RPM range. The map can be edited by grabbing and dragging a point on the 3d map or directly entering the degrees of advance at each rpm point into the spreadsheet. The Ignition advance map is the base setting and is influenced and in some cases overridden by other maps such as the cold start map, Manifold pressure(turbo boost) map, overheat map, launch control, soft and hard clipping etc.
The Fuel map to control the Fuel injectors looks very similar to the ignition map and controls the pulse timing of the injectors across the rev range. It too is influenced by other factors such as starting fuel enrichment etc.

Here is the main realtime diagnostic screen
this shows the fuel and ignition map with associated 3d graphs, RPM, air & oil temp, advance, injector timing and any adjustments to either and stochiometric (lambda) air/fuel mixture sensor.
This display allows you to see how the ECU is interpreting the map setting as the engine is running.

and here is the real time display,
this shows a wider range of diagnostic information with less detail on the air and fuel maps.
